Cloaking.House Service Rules

These Rules govern the use of the Cloaking.House platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), which provides tools for cloaking and traffic optimization. By using the Service, you agree to the terms and commit to complying with them.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Cloaking.House is a professional platform for creating, configuring, and analyzing cloaking campaigns.

1.2. The Service is intended for professional use exclusively for lawful purposes.

1.3. All users are obliged to comply with applicable legislation within the scope of their campaigns..

2. Security and Privacy

2.1. Cloaking.House does not track the content of your campaigns, creatives, or landing pages, nor does it transfer data to third parties.

2.2. All settings and campaign data are stored in encrypted form and are accessible only through your account.

2.3. We recommend maintaining digital hygiene and not sharing your account credentials with third parties.

2.4. Cloaking.House implements protection mechanisms against DDoS attacks and other threats but does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service under external cyberattacks.

3. Registration and Account

3.1. To access the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email and password.

3.2. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the right to enter into legal agreements.

3.3. You commit to:

– Providing accurate information during registration.

– Keeping your account credentials secure.

– Immediately reporting any account compromise ([email protected]).

4. Permitted Use

Permitted:

– Creating and managing cloaking campaigns while complying with legislation.

– Analyzing the effectiveness and performance of your campaigns.

– Configuring and optimizing content to improve traffic efficiency.

– Receiving support and assistance from the Cloaking.House team via support service.

Prohibited:

– Using the Service to distribute malware, phishing, fraud, or other illegal activities.

– Publishing materials that violate the rights of third parties.

– Attempting unauthorized access to other users’ accounts.

– Using automated or scripted methods to access the Service without administration approval.

– Violating or attempting to bypass the Service’s security mechanisms.

– Using multiple accounts or sharing one account among several users without administration approval.

5. Subscription, Payment, and Refunds

5.1. Cloaking.House operates on a subscription model. Current tariffs are available at https://joincloaking.com/webmaster/subscriptions.

5.2. All fees and taxes are paid by the user.

5.3. Cloaking.House provides a 7-day trial period from the date of registration (with no functionality restrictions, except in cases of individual tariffs).

5.4. The subscription cannot be paused or frozen. The user is responsible for managing renewals independently.

5.5. If the subscription is not paid within 7 days after the end of the paid period, access will be temporarily suspended.

5.6. Cloaking.House does not provide refunds for already used or active subscription periods. In case of confirmed technical failures caused by the Service, affected users will receive compensation in the form of additional days added to the current subscription term.

6. Partner Program

6.1. Cloaking.House offers the opportunity to earn through a referral program. Details are available in the personal account.

6.2. Payments are credited for active referrals in accordance with the current terms of the partner program.

7. Termination of Access

7.1. Cloaking.House reserves the right to restrict or block access to the Service in case of a violation of the terms of use.

7.2. A notification of account suspension will be sent to the user’s specified email.

7.3. Campaign data is stored for 30 days after suspension and may be deleted without the possibility of recovery.

7.4. You may terminate the use of the Service at any time, but funds for the unused subscription period will not be refunded.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Service does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation in cases of force majeure or actions by third parties.

8.2. Cloaking.House is not liable for lost profits or other losses resulting from the use of the Service.

8.3. The user accepts the Service “as is” and agrees to use it at their own risk.

9. Force Majeure

9.1. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: hosting outages, CDN failures, provider network issues, DDoS attacks, wars, legislative changes, or actions by government authorities.

9.2. In the event of force majeure, Cloaking.House is not responsible for interruptions in the Service.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. All disputes and questions are resolved in writing via email: [email protected].

10.2. A complaint must include: the essence of the dispute, evidence (if applicable), and the desired resolution method.

10.3. Cloaking.House responds within 14 business days.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. The Service reserves the right to amend these Rules without prior notice.

11.2. Updated rules take effect from the moment of their publication on the website.
